He continues to help everyone any way he can and is always working with others towards a common goal. Cody brings a positive attitude to the workplace every day and is a valued asset to the company. Overall Cody is considered to have a winning positive attitude.
Terry Harder.
SCC Manager, 2006

Cody gets along extremely well with all of SCC’s customers; external and internal. He has the ability to create a sense of family in the stores he works is and can always be counted on to help his teammates. Cody is always professional and treats SCC customers with respect, integrity and kindness. Another talent of his is the ability to work well with limited supervision. Cody rarely escalates customer service issues to the next level; he independently comes up with the solution and takes the initiative to look after our customers on his own.
Cody can be counted on for open, honest feedback and communication which is essential for our growth and is another example of Cody’s professional maturity.
Many of Cody’s colleagues have commented on his willingness to always “help out”. He is well respected and liked by his peers. I have yet to hear a negative word about him; in fact, when he joins a new team the group vocalizes how thrilled they are to work with him. He has had numerous thank you cards come back with personalized “raves” about his service and sales ability.

SCC B.C. Regional Manager, 2007

Cody is a valuable employee whose company is enjoyed by all. The floater position suits his personality perfectly and he is doing a terrific job assimilating into the store he covers for. I’ve had nothing but positive feedback from the sales staff on the ownership he takes in the stores. Cody has been extremely flexible and accommodating when it comes to working with our volatile schedule. Cody finished off the year strong in terms of Budget, 150%, GREAT JOB!! Cody has the ability to excel in every category.
